SEAT

A prop firm with nobody in the office

Pass a trading exam the program grades in public, then trade the pool's $10,000 on Jupiter Perps and keep 80% of the profit.

SEAT is a program on Solana, not a broker or a bank. Failing the exam does not refund the fee.

Everything a prop firm does, with nobody doing it

  • Pay $180 and trade a $10,000 paper account at Jupiter's live prices and costs. Reach 8% up on at least 4 trading days within 30 days, without losing 5% in a day or 10% in total.

  • A pass funds a seat wallet with $10,000 from the pool. It trades SOL, ETH and BTC perps on Jupiter and nothing else.

  • Profit leaves a seat one way. 80% goes to your own wallet and 20% goes back to the pool.

  • The pool earns exam fees and its 20%, and loses what cut seats lose. The fee is set so the pool stays ahead of the worst strategy we tested.

Anyone can call the grade

The grade is an instruction anyone can send. The program checks your equity, your trading days and your lowest point, then writes pass or fail on Solana.

  1. SOL price older than 120 secondsThe exam clock stops
  2. Prices come backThe deadline moves out by the pause
  3. Six hours without pricesThe exam is void and the fee goes back to you

A halted market stops the clock

When Jupiter stops quoting a market, nobody gets to use the pause as a free option, and nobody loses an exam to it.

Of every 100 people who buy a prop firm exam, 14 pass and 7 are ever paid.
FPFX Tech data, 100,000+ traders across 10 prop firms. SEAT reads its own pass rate from the chain, season by season.

From the fee to the seat

  1. $180 in USDC from your own wallet. It waits in escrow while you trade, and comes back to you only if a market halts for six hours.

  2. SOL, ETH and BTC perps on a $10,000 paper account, at Jupiter's prices and with Jupiter's fees. No app to install, no account to open.

  3. Anyone can ask the program for the grade. It checks the target, your trading days and your lowest point, and writes pass or fail on Solana.

  4. A pass funds your seat wallet with $10,000 from the pool when you claim it, as long as the pool has room under its cap.

Try to blow up a seat

A seat that falls 5% in a day or 10% in total is closed by the program, not by a risk desk. Drag the price and watch where the line holds. A sharp gap can land a little past the line before the cut fills; the exam fee is sized to cover that.

Example: a $10,000 seat, long $20,000 of SOL

Equity at exit value

$9,980

SOL 0.0%

Drag left to push SOL down. The line for today sits at $9,500.

How the money stays put

Marked at exit value

Equity counts what closing would actually pay after Jupiter's fees and price impact, so a loss cannot hide in a mark.

No hand on the pool

The admin opens and closes seasons. It cannot touch the pool, a seat, a payout or a withdrawal.

Anyone can cut

The cut is an instruction anyone may send for a few thousand lamports, so no single keeper can sit on a falling seat.

One seat per wallet

One exam and one seat per wallet per season, enforced by the account's own address.

What a prop firm with staff can do, and SEAT cannot

Fail you in private

Every grade is a Solana transaction. Anyone can open it and check the numbers.

Change the rules mid-exam

A season's rules freeze when it opens. The admin can only close it to new exams.

Sit on your payout

You call the split yourself. Payouts and withdrawals have no pause switch.

For traders

Pay $180, trade the exam, and if you pass, trade $10,000 that is not yours for 80% of what it makes.

Take the exam

For depositors

Fund the seats and earn the exam fees and 20% of every split. Withdraw your own shares after seven days.
