What the program decides
- Whether an exam passes or fails.
- When a seat is cut.
- How much a split pays and to whom.
All three follow posted rules and leave public records on Solana.
What the operator can do

What the operator cannot do
- Change a live exam's rules.
- Touch a live seat.
- Move pool funds to an address of its choosing. No such instruction exists.
- Hold back a payout.
What you still trust
- The venue. Seats trade on Jupiter Perps. If Jupiter Perps halts or misprices, seats are exposed to that.
- The price feed the venue prices with.
- The program code. It is tested adversarially on a local copy of mainnet before launch; read it before you put money in the pool.
